We Welcome South West Coast Path Walkers

We are really pleased to let you know that Graze Tapas ~ Wine has become an Extra Mile Way Maker supporter of the Southwest Coast Path Association (SWCPA) – the charity which helps to protect, care for and share the coastal path around our shorelines.

Our support will help to make a positive impact on the health of millions of people who walk the path each year, many of whom walk through, and stay overnight in Newquay, on their Salt Path adventure. Importantly, our support will help to protect and preserve the precious wildlife corridor along the path, now and for future generations.

We have chosen to support the #SWCPA because it passes just a few meters away from our front door, and we’ve have hosted many hungry and tired walkers taking a well earned rest from their walk around Cornwall. Those of you who know Wendy, will know that she is a keen walker, making sure to get her 10k+ steps most days before service begins at GRAZE and so this seems a great organisation to support at a time when the path is seeing increased popularity with the release of long-awaited #The Salt Path movie, based on Raynor Winn’s fabulous book. We hope you agree.

We welcome walkers, hiking the South West Coast Path trail and passing through Newquay as part of a #National Trails hike, to join us for a delicious meal, a friendly smile, a warm welcome and cosy atmosphere. We are the perfect place to refuel and relax after a hard day on the pathway.
