Everything you need to know before visiting Graze Tapas & Wine, Newquay

Graze Tapas & Wine is a small, independent restaurant in Newquay, serving Mediterranean-inspired small plates in a relaxed, informal setting. It’s all about great food, good wine and enjoying time together.
You’ll find us in Beacon Road, Newquay, Cornwall, close to the town centre and within easy reach of the beaches. Full directions are on our website.
Graze is owned by Wendy Randall, who with her husband, Steve bring years of hospitality experience from both the South West and Australia. Together with their talented and friendly team they have created Graze Tapas ~ Wine, Newquay’s most established and favourite Tapas restaurant.
A real mix - couples, small groups, locals and visitors alike. It’s perfect for a relaxed evening, catching up with friends or celebrating something special.

We serve Mediterranean-inspired tapas and small plates, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients and bold, flavour-led cooking.
Tapas is all about sharing. Instead of ordering a starter and a main each, you choose a selection of smaller dishes for the table and enjoy them together.
It’s a more relaxed, sociable way of dining - you can try a bit of everything, order as you go, and settle in for the evening.
As a guide, we recommend around 2–3 dishes per person. You’re always welcome to order more as you go.
Not usually - each dish is served individually, so we recommend choosing a few different plates to create your own spread.
Our menu includes meat, seafood and plant-based dishes, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available.
Alongside the food, we offer a carefully chosen wine list by the glass and bottle, as well as beers and other drinks. We’re always happy to help you choose.

As a small, independent restaurant, late arrivals, cancellations and no-shows make a real difference to us.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your booking.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a charge of:
- £10 per person before 5pm
- £20 per person from 5pm onwards
Yes, we ask for card details to secure your table. These are stored securely and will only be used if the cancellation policy isn’t met.
Please let us know if you’re delayed. If we haven’t heard from you and you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to release your table.
At busy times, we may need tables back after a set period. We’ll always let you know this when you book.
Just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate. A small cakeage charge may apply.

Yes, we have a range of gluten-free dishes. Let us know when you book and we’ll guide you.
We offer options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free diets.
Our kitchen is small, so while we take great care, we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have a severe allergy, please get in touch before booking so we can advise.

We don’t have highchairs available.
Space is quite limited, particularly in the evenings, so we’re not always able to accommodate prams or pushchairs — especially after 6.30pm.
Yes, children are very welcome.
We don’t have a separate children’s menu, but many of our dishes work well for younger diners. Just ask and we’re happy to help.
Yes, well-behaved dogs on a lead are always welcome.

We’re open year-round, with days and times changing slightly through the seasons.
As a guide, we’re currently open Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm. Please check our website for the latest hours.
Yes, we have a covered, heated terrace as well as indoor tables, so you can dine comfortably whatever the weather.
Yes, we have a small bar space for drinks and nibbles. It’s walk-in only and works on a first come, first served basis.
We accept cash and most major cards. If you’d like to check something specific, just get in touch.
Yes, there are several public car parks within easy walking distance, including Belmont and Dane Road.
